Mmm... heaven. The consistency is like a whipped souffle. Very creamy and a light brown color. I wanted to grab a spoon and dig in, but after tasting it on my finger I'm glad I didn't. The taste is not chocolaty, it had an oily, chalky under taste and there is more of an olfactory sensation of chocolate vs the incredible taste that you would expect with this. Your nose smells it, but your tongue does not. I immediately looked at the ingredients. Sucrose, so this is not something you want around the female genitals due to the sugar. Yeast feeds on sugar, so ladies and guys please don't use it as a lube, and be careful with genital massage. You don't want sugar or sucrose in there. There was no noticeable "tack" after it was rubbed in, just soft skin and a lingering smell of chocolate. As I said this smells great, very similar to a chocolate cake, but the taste is not. We did not use this for massage, as it does not stay slick. It's very nature is that of a butter. A great scent aphrodisiac and a great skin conditioner. I think this product would be a great gift item, just due to the gorgeous packaging, but for sensual play, no. We will probably keep this for times of fun play, when we aren't applying to larger skin areas, probably nipples, belly button, and times when we want that olfactory explosion. It rinsed easily off with water, and did not stain skin or sheets.

This cream is wonderful in texture and aroma but leaves much to be desired in the taste department. No being able to wait further to continue our night - we moved our play to the shower. THe creamy lotion washes off easily in water - and did not stain our towels. We ended up making love in the shower - so all in all it was a most productive evening. While I loved the smell of this cream - as well as the overall feeling - the taste is a bit null. Hey, who says you have to lick it off - using the shower worked just as well for us!
